Blessed be Jesus in the Most Holy Sacrament of the Altar.

Blessed be the Holy Spirit, the Paraclete.

Blessed be the great Mother of God, Mary most holy.

Blessed be her holy and Immaculate Conception.

Blessed be her glorious Assumption.

Blessed be the name of Mary, Virgin, and Mother.

Blessed be Saint Joseph, her most chaste spouse.

Blessed be God in His Angels and in His Saints.

May the heart of Jesus, in the Most Blessed Sacrament, be praised, adored, and loved with grateful affection, at every moment, in all the tabernacles of the world, even to the end of time. Amen.

I adore Thee, O my God, present in the holy Eucharist, as my Creator, my Preserver, and my Redeemer. I offer Thee all that I have, all that I am, all that depends on me; I offer Thee my mind to think of Thee, my heart to love Thee; my will to serve Thee; my body to labor and suffer for Thy love. I am Thine; I give myself; I consecrate myself to Thee, I abandon myself to Thee, I wish to live and die for love of Thee.

Jesus, my God, I adore You, here present in the Blessed Sacrament of the altar, where You wait day and night to be our comfort while we await Your unveiled presence in heaven.

Jesus, my God, I adore You in all places where the Blessed Sacrament is reserved and where sins are committed against this Sacrament of Love. 

Jesus, my God, I adore You for all time, past, present, and future, for every soul that ever was, is, or shall be created.

Jesus, my God, who for us has endured hunger and cold, labor and fatigue, I adore You.

Jesus, my God, who for my sake has deigned to subject Yourself to the humiliation of temptation, to the perfidy and defection of friends, to the scorn of Your enemies, I adore You.

Jesus, my God, who for us has endured the buffeting of Your passion, the scourging, the crowning with thorns, the heavy weight of the cross, I adore You.

Jesus, my God, who, for my salvation and that of all mankind, was cruelly nailed to the cross and hung there for three long hours in bitter agony, I adore You. 

Jesus, My God, who for love of us did institute this Blessed Sacrament and offer Yourself daily for the sins of men, I adore You.

Jesus, my God, who in Holy Communion became the food of my soul, I adore You.

Jesus, for You I live. Jesus, for You I die. Jesus, I am Yours in life and death. Amen.

I adore Thee, O God, I count myself as nothing before Thy Divine Majesty. Thou alone art Being, Life, Truth, Beauty, and Goodness. I glorify Thee, I praise Thee, I give Thee thanks, and I love Thee, all helpless and unworthy as I am, in union with Thy dear Son, Jesus Christ, our Savior, and our Brother, in the merciful kindness of His Heart and through His infinite merits. I desire to serve Thee, to please Thee, to obey Thee, and to love Thee always, in union with Mary Immaculate, Mother of God and our Mother, loving also and serving my neighbor for the love of Thee. Wherefore give me Thy Holy Spirit, to enlighten me, to correct me, and to guide me in the way of Thy commandments and in all perfection, the while I look for the happiness of heaven, where we shall glorify Thee forever and ever. Amen.

My Lord Jesus Christ, true God, and true Man, I adore Thee with every fiber of my being! I adore Thee at every instant of time. I adore Thee in union with the Immaculate Heart of our Blessed Mother, Mary, in union with the pure Heart of Saint Joseph, in union with all Thy Angels and Saints in the Glory of Heaven, in union with Thy just on earth, in union with the souls in purgatory. With this tribute of adoration, I wish to adore Thee for all who do not adore Thee, to love Thee for all who love Thee not, to acknowledge Thee to be my God, for all who refuse to acknowledge Thee. Amen.

Profoundly I adore You, Jesus; hid beneath this mystic veil, I acknowledge You as true God and true Man. Accept this act of adoration, by which I would make reparation for the indifference of so many who pass before Your holy temples and tabernacles where hour after hour You dwell with loving impatience for those who never enter to adore You, but who, like the Israelites in the wilderness seem, by their indifference, to loathe the Bread of Heaven. I offer You, Your own most Precious Blood shed on the Cross, in reparation for this coldness and indifference; and sharing in spirit in Your Agony and Death, I cry out in never-ending praise:

O Sacrament most holy! O Sacrament divine! All praise and all thanksgiving be every moment Thine.

Profoundly I adore You, Jesus, and acknowledge You as truly present in this Most Holy Sacrament. By this act of adoration, I would make amends for Your people, so many of whom act as if they do not know You. When they see You being carried to the sick and the dying to be their strength on their journey to eternity, they give You no outward signs of adoration and homage. I offer You in reparation for this coldness and indifference, Your own most Precious Blood shed on the Cross; and, sharing in spirit in Your Agony and Death, I cry out over and over again:

O Sacrament most holy! O Sacrament divine! All praise and all thanksgiving be every moment Thine.

Profoundly I adore You, Jesus, true Bread of Life eternal, and by this act of adoration I would make compensation for all the wounds that cause Your Sacred Heart such pain each day: the profanation of Your holy churches and the blasphemies uttered against the Holy Eucharist. Each day You patiently await beneath the Sacramental veil for the love and adoration of Your people who pass You by with coldness and indifference. I offer You in reparation for this great irreverence Your own most Precious Blood shed on the Cross; and sharing in spirit in Your Agony and Death, I say without ceasing:

O Sacrament most holy! O Sacrament divine! All praise and all thanksgiving be every moment Thine.

Profoundly I adore You, Jesus, true victim of atonement for our sins. I offer You this act of adoration in compensation for the sacrilegious outrages that You receive from so many of Your ungrateful people who come to receive You in Holy Communion with mortal sin upon their souls. I offer you in reparation for these sacrileges Your own Most Precious Blood shed on the Cross; and sharing in spirit in Your Agony and Death, I adore You, I bless You, I love You, and with all the holy souls who love You in the Most Blessed Sacrament, I exclaim:
