Dear Lord, I worry so much about my future! Help me to see that Your plans are never bad or second best, but are always good and will help me live fully for You. Father, I want my search for the right course and college to demonstrate my trust and commitment to You and You alone. Lord of All Wisdom, help me accept Your advice and guidance and help me to live by Your truths. I promise I will try my best to listen to Your voice. And, with all my heart, I will strive to understand Your ways. Help me to respect You and put You first. When I do, I know I will have enough God-given wisdom to make the right choices. O Lord, open my eyes to see where You would lead me. Awaken my ears so that I would hear Your voice guiding me. Inspire my mind that I may comprehend Your love for me. Amen.

Dear God, I thank You for the great time you have given me to enjoy. As I walk out to the party, be with me, Lord, in every step. I thank You for all my friends who will be there at the party, and I pray that they too will be filled with joy and peace. Help us to keep away from things that hinder the right spirit of enjoyment. May all our activities be one with Your goodness and love. Amen.

Come, Holy Spirit, Divine Creator, the true source of light and fountain of wisdom! Pour forth Your brilliance upon my dense intellect and dissipate the darkness of sin and ignorance that covers me. Grant me a penetrating mind to understand, a retentive memory, ease in learning, the lucidity to comprehend, and abundant grace in expressing myself. Guide the beginning of my work, direct its progress, and bring it to successful completion. This I ask through Jesus Christ, true God, and true man, living and reigning with You and the Father, forever and ever. Amen.

O God, who surrounds me with love through the friends who come into my life, let me not be deceived by anyone, but instead put my trust in You as I mingle with others. Help me, Lord, to choose the right friends to join me in walking toward You. May Your grace and peace flow abundantly in me and into all my friends whom You have chosen to be with me. As I share my joys and sorrows with them, strengthen me to speak about Your love and the amazing ways You are leading me. Amen.

Lord, I come to You despite all my weaknesses and iniquities. You know the deepest recesses of my heart. I completely surrender all my thoughts, words, and actions of this day. As I struggle to understand what is good and bad, let Your light enlighten my mind and help me to know what is right. I desire to take off my old self, corrupted by deceitful desires. By Your precious blood, protect me, Jesus, from every evil desire. Make me a new creation, Lord, that whatever I think, say, and do will be pleasing to You. Amen.

God of Light and Truth, thank You for giving me a mind that can know and a heart that can love. Help me to keep learning every day of my life, for all knowledge can lead me to You. Lead me to be aware of Your presence in all things and at all times. Encourage me when my studies are difficult and when I am tempted to give up. Give me confidence when my brain seems slow to understand and the way forward is filled with struggles and challenges. Grant me the grace to fully express all the talents and gifts You have entrusted to me to explore the world You have created, certain that in Your love and goodness, all will be well in my life, according to Your Divine plan. Amen.

Guardian Angel, watch over those whose names you can read in my heart. Guard over them with every care, and make their way easy and their labors fruitful. Dry their tears if they weep; sanctify their joys; raise their courage if they weaken; restore their hope if they lose heart, their health if they are ill, truth if they err, repentance if they fail.
